Understanding the role of property as an asset in a business is vital if the right strategies are to be developed and delivered. Clear focus, lateral thinking, a good appreciation of the client's business, great ideas and market knowledge are all key elements in this process. Collectively they enable the formulation of short, medium and long term strategic solutions for a business in relation to its use and occupation of property whether as an occupier, investor or developer. We work with the client to monitor and review the property elements on an ongoing basis so that they are better placed to meet changing market conditions, both in their own market and in the broader property market.

Our work stems from an initial "audit" so that we can fully understand the property and all the issues surrounding that and then review those against the client's business needs both current and going forward.

Outcomes from the audit may identify a range of issues, opportunity or liabilities. From this a strategy can be developed and Boston Fieldgate can then work with the client on its delivery.
